Service-Based Refunds

Evenra Technologies provides digital services such as software development, website development, IT solutions, and related technology services. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, refunds are considered only under specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered if:

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A technical error occurred during payment

  • A service was cancelled before work commencement

  • The service could not be delivered as agreed due to a fault from our side

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Custom-developed software or websites once development has started

  • Digital products, source codes, or downloadable content once delivered

  • Services delayed due to client-side requirements or lack of communication

Refund Process

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.

All approved refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original payment (payment-initiated media).

We do not provide:

  • Cash refunds

  • Refunds to alternative bank accounts or payment methods

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on bank and payment gateway processing times.
